Ok – people (mainly women) have been hassling me for a while now to create another dvd for those of us who have now clearly lost the ‘I’ve just had a baby’ excuse as they look down at their muffin tops caressing their trousers and shorts. So I thought I’d kill two birds with one stone and create another workout that answers those calls as well as focuses on a few little gems that will help you in the bedroom as well.
No-one likes a leaking fanny or a gaping love tunnel. So, after a few weeks of doing these exercises, your nether regions should begin to feel like brand new again and you and your partner will be walking around with big smiles on your faces.
It’s a medium to high impact workout that runs for about 50mins with a 5 min blurb from me getting down and dirty explaining why a strong pelvic floor is so important for a more fulfilled sex-life.
