Pregalates

Just wondering if anyone out there has a story to share about how doing pilates (preferably pregalates!) during their pregnancy made a difference - good or bad....!

Just a quick update to say that I'm at Rose Hill Gardens in Sydney at the Mother & Baby Expo between 15th - 17th May. I'll be doing demonstrations and answering questions, so be sure to say "hi"!
